Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join a specialised rehabilitation and disability management service located in Gloucester. This center caters to individuals facing various complex neurological conditions, such as acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and other related conditions necessitating tracheostomies and/or ventilators.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating positive change in the lives of vulnerable individuals. Conducting group therapeutic sessions, you will assist service users in enhancing their speech and communication skills, fostering one-to-one relationships, and encouraging engagement for their overall recovery.
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you will receive regional support and access to diverse training and online courses for continuous career development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in managing complex cases, addressing cultural and linguistic differences, and devising suitable strategies for caseload management.
- Conduct audits and contribute to research in treatment provision.
- Possess specialised knowledge in acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

- HCPC registration.
- Experience managing a caseload involving dysphagia assessment and treatment.
