Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a Speech and Language Therapist for a permanent full-time role in Dublin. As a valued member of our team, you will be working on-site at a renowned healthcare facility, dedicated to providing exceptional neuropsychiatric services to adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Designing and implementing tailored therapy plans based on assessment outcomes, utilising evidence-based techniques.
  • Delivering therapy sessions to clients, both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitoring and documenting client progress, adapting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
  • Demonstrating clinical leadership by supporting and supervising staff, promoting positive morale.
  • Contributing to service enhancements through monitoring emerging needs and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • CORU registration (or eligibility) as a Speech and Language Therapist in Ireland.
  • Minimum of 3 years full-time post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centred approach to therapy.
