Responsibilities:
- Lead therapeutic group sessions to enhance speech and communication skills.
- Foster one-to-one relationships with service users, facilitating engagement and supporting recovery.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing complex cases, including cultural and linguistic variances, and devise tailored strategies for effective caseload management.
- Conduct audits and contribute to research initiatives to advance treatment provision.
- Exhibit specialised knowledge in acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration.
- Proven experience managing caseloads involving dysphagia assessment and treatment.
- Familiarity with working collaboratively with families.
- Evidence of continuous Professional Development.
