Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within a Home Treatment Team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £25.44 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 -month contract.
Duties:
- To assess needs, plan, implement and monitor care in collaboration with the service user, carers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- To ensure that risk assessments are completed in full, documented and actioned.
- To work within policy, professional and legal frameworks always
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults' services
- Experience of working in Home Treatment Teams or Psychiatric Liaison or equivalent environment.
- Ability to present information both written and oral and communicate this effectively
