Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work within an Adults Team based in Wilmslow. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Adult Services and be registered with the Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £25 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent). The contract will be ongoing and is likely to be long term.
About the role:
- You will be working with other social care staff and health colleagues and attend regular MDT meetings at the GP Hubs.
- Assessments and care planning to move from health to social care
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience within Adult Services.
