Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

Salary: £37,992 - £40,455 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus and enhancements
Join our team at a renowned mental health rehabilitation and recovery (R&R) service for adults located in Coventry. Our facility, with 31 beds spread across three specialised wards, provides comprehensive care to individuals with a primary diagnosis of Serious Mental Illness, along with additional complexities including physical health conditions, substance misuse, and secondary mental health issues.
We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to become integral members of our Multi-Disciplinary Team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the well-being of our patients and ensuring the effective implementation of prescribed nursing care. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe care environment, exercising professional accountability, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver patient-centered care in line with professional guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing the completion of a nursing degree/masters
- Familiarity with NMC guidelines, requests, and professional practices
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development is desirable
- Positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality enhancement
- Flexibility and innovation in practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Newly Registered Nurse: £31,500 (until preceptorship completed)
- Staff Nurse: £34,900 - £37,227
- Senior Staff Nurse: £37,992 - £40,455
Enhancements:
- 25% additional pay for overtime hours worked Monday – Friday
- 50% additional pay for overtime hours worked Saturday and Sunday
- 100% additional pay for hours worked on a Bank Holiday
