Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Saturday, earlies & lates  
Salary: £42,500 - £51,059 per annum + shift allowance

Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner specialised in Anaesthetics to join our client's prestigious Theatre team at a renowned facility in the heart of London, currently holding an "Outstanding" rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Their Theatre department, spanning across multiple facilities, offers a dynamic, stimulating, and professional atmosphere equipped with state-of-the-art technology and facilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in Anaesthetics
  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Completion of an Anaesthetics course
  • Commitment to ensuring patient and colleague safety
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with Consultants and other healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatments
  • Active participation as a team member, including rotation across theatre suite areas, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to foster team cohesion and achieve collective objectives.
