This is a working from home role role but IT equipment will need to be picked up from Preston.
Pay Rates: £314.60 per day
Contract: Locum, 2-Months
Shift Pattern: 37 hours per week

Duties:
- Support the inclusion service with the Education Health Care Needs assessments for children, young people and families to ensure these are carried out within statutory timescales
- Focus on the completion of new plans to a high standard
Requirements of the SEND Assistant Case Managers:
- Experienced Plan Writers
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated team member who has an inclusive approach to special educational needs and wants to help the children and young people of Lancashire achieve their full potential in education, learning and future employment
- Be able to support to fulfil statutory duties in relation to children and young people with special educational needs
- Willing to undertake a DBS check
- You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use
