Pay Rate: £130 - £170 per day
Hours: Full-time. Monday to Friday, 6.5 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Main Duties of theSEN teacher:
Design and deliver lesson plans, providing instruction to both small groups and individual students.
Prepare teaching materials, maintain attendance records, and compile progress reports on student performance.
Foster student confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning through encouragement and support.
Maintain classroom discipline, assess student work, and communicate with parents and caregivers regarding their children's academic progress.
Collaborate with specialised education services, medical professionals, counsellors, and psychologists to address students' individual needs.
Coordinate educational outings, participate in professional workshops, and facilitate training sessions for colleagues focusing on special educational needs.
Requirements of the SEN teacher:
A bachelor’s degree in education, Special Education, or a related field. Some positions may require a master's degree or higher qualification.
Experience in developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Documentation verifying eligibility to work and reside in the UK. Completion of an Enhanced DBS/Children's Barred List check, clean UK Driving licence, Teacher Reference Number (TRN), Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
