Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a talented and experienced Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join the dynamic team at an esteemed healthcare facility in Regents Park, London. The hospital, currently rated as "Good" by the CQC, is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional care. With over 46 paediatric beds, including specialised units such as a 10-bed intensive care unit and a neonatal intensive care unit, the hospital caters to the diverse healthcare needs of over 40,000 children annually. The services provided range from general paediatric conditions to intricate craniofacial reconstruction, all under the care of a team of over 175 paediatric consultants.

The hospital is also the sole fully private maternity facility in the UK, delivering more than 1,600 babies each year. Committed to ensuring the safety and high-quality care of expectant mothers, the facility offers both consultant-led and midwife-led maternity care. As a Scrub Theatre Practitioner within the hospital's five state-of-the-art theatres, you will be immersed in a professional and dynamic environment equipped with advanced technology. The theatre team, composed of experienced Consultants and Practitioners, handles a variety of complex procedures daily across acute specialties, including Gynae & Obstetrics, general surgery, and paediatric surgery.

What You'll Bring:

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Surgical (scrub) experience
  • Experience in Gynae & Obstetrics, as well as general and paediatric surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others
