Shift Pattern: Full time. 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Saturday. Shifts: Earlies (07:00 am - 15:00 pm) and Lates (13:00 pm - 21:00 pm)
Salary: £34,100 - £41,527 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Theatre Practitioner Scrub to join the esteemed Theatre team in London, renowned for its "Outstanding" rating by the CQC. Situated in the heart of London, our hospital is part of a leading private healthcare company with over 50 years of experience.

The hospital boasts a state-of-the-art facility with 10 operating theatres, offering a diverse range of surgeries including Cardiac, Ortho, Liver, Neuro, Urology, Spinal, and General procedures. The postholder will fully participate as a team member within the Theatre suite, collaborating across all areas and sharing expertise to foster a cohesive team environment and achieve collective goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration
  • Postgraduate experience in Theatres
  • Minimum of 12 months' Surgical (scrub) experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others
