Job Title: Orthopaedics Theatre Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate care to patients undergoing procedures
- Delivering planned care within the perioperative stage
- Assisting in the management and organisation of care within the Scrub/Recovery team
- Operating across various clinical specialties as required
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assessing patient needs and evaluating care effectiveness
Requirements:
- HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions
- Minimum 2 years of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work across different specialties on rotation
