Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing patient health across diverse surgical cases
- Contribute to quality improvements and adherence to best practices
- Serve as a Surgical First Assistant in general, gynaecological, and bariatric surgeries
- Perform Scrub Practitioner duties across various specialties
Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse or ODP with a valid pin
- Surgical First Assistant Qualification
- Willingness to participate in flexible working rota, including general scrub duties
- Excellent communication skills
