Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,407 - £34,581 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of functional ability in activities of daily living
- Assessing fall risks and providing support with mobility issues
- Planning and implementing therapeutic activities tailored to patient needs
- Reporting on patient progress to the multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders
Role Requirements:
- HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
- Understanding of Mental Health
