Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor (Nurse) - Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 per annum (competitive)
Shift Pattern: Part Time, 30 hours per week

Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment agency in healthcare, is currently assisting a reputable Occupational Health Provider in their search for a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor. The role is part-time, offering a hybrid working model with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for attendance, fitness for work, and other OH-related inquiries.
  • Deliver professional, comprehensive, and evidence-based written reports.
  • Offer expert advice on legislative requirements and best practices in OH.
  • Conduct safety-critical medical examinations.
  • Provide cover on the advice line.
  • Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance in line with policies and protocols.
  • Evaluate medical and surveillance results, ensuring accurate communication of fitness advice.

Essential Skills:

  • Registration with NMC Part 1.
  • OH Qualified – Diploma/Degree.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
  • IT literacy.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work approach.
  • Support a flexible approach to team working.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Relevant experience in an OH environment in a nursing/advisory capacity.
