Banding/Grade: Band 7

Pay rate (Assignment rate): £32 per hour

Contract Length: 3-Months

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm

Duties:

  • Leading and coordinating the healthy child programme by carrying out the 5 mandated contact visits
  • Providing a seamless service to universal and vulnerable children and families by working in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Early identification, intervention and appropriate onward referral

Requirements for the Team Leader role:

  • Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult)
  • Recent nursing experience in the UK
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • System1 knowledge
