Clinical Rotational Pharmacist Pay Rate: £30 per hour (assignment rate)
Location: Portsmouth
Contract Type: Locum – ongoing
Shift Pattern: Full time. Monday - Friday.

Duties:
- Promote the responsible, safe and cost-effective prescribing of medicines within Portsmouth Hospitals to optimise clinical outcomes, minimise adverse reactions and improve medicines safety
- Supporting the clinical teams to deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services across the hospital sites
- Participate in the delivery of a comprehensive pharmacy service and to provide operational support to the department as agreed in the rotational programme
Requirements of the Clinical Rotational Pharmacist:
- GPHC Registration
- Previous experience within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
- NVQ or equivalent – Pharmacist qualification
