Location: London

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a skilled Lead Clinical Occupational Therapist to join a reputable healthcare facility in London. This hospital, known for its commitment to women and children's healthcare, is recognised for its excellence and holds a "Good" rating by the CQC.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

  • Salary: £41,181 - £60,110 p/a, plus £5,000 Golden Hello

About the Role:

As the Lead Clinical Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care within the Paediatrics department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the OT team, leading service development and improvement projects, providing clinical and professional supervision, and managing a clinical caseload.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • Current registered member of Health and Care Professions Council
  • Further postgraduate training in Paediatrics
  • Extensive Paediatric Occupational Therapy clinical experience (preferably Early Intervention or Neuro-disability)
  • Advanced knowledge and application of paediatric OT assessments and interventions relevant to a paediatric client group
  • Leadership and management experience
