Position Details:
- Full-Time: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

- Salary: £41,181 - £60,110 p/a, plus £5,000 Golden Hello

About the Role:
As the Lead Clinical Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care within the Paediatrics department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the OT team, leading service development and improvement projects, providing clinical and professional supervision, and managing a clinical caseload.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Current registered member of Health and Care Professions Council
- Further postgraduate training in Paediatrics
- Extensive Paediatric Occupational Therapy clinical experience (preferably Early Intervention or Neuro-disability)
- Advanced knowledge and application of paediatric OT assessments and interventions relevant to a paediatric client group
- Leadership and management experience
