The salary for this permanent Lead Occupational Therapist job is £43,742 - £50,952 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Conducting clinical specialist assessments for the patient group
- Reporting on the service's effectiveness in clinical governance and other performance-related meetings
- Advocating for and promoting the occupational therapy (OT) role within the acute/PICU setting
- Cultivating positive working relationships with the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
- Facilitating the upskilling and development of the OT workforce
- Integrating current practices and evidence-based research into the service from an OT perspective
Requirements of the Lead Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience
- Registered with the HCPC
