Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 ISMS Nurse Prescriber to work in a prison based in West Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Prison Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum ISMS Prison Nurse Prescriber role is £40 per hour (assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Required to work 2-3 days per week. (Long days available if preferred or main shifts)
Duties:
- Prescribing opiate substitute and other medication for prisoners suffering with addiction
Requirements of the ISMS Prison Nurse Prescriber:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Must have UK Experience working as a Nurse based in a prison and Prison clearance
