Duties:
- Act individually or as part of a team, assess and carry out appropriate electrical installations, repairs, testing and maintenance to properties covered by the housing revenue account (HRA) in a safe and cost-effective manner
- Working across response repairs, planned programmes and void property teams, also including working in our laundry repairs and maintenance department
