Duties:
- Lead on allocating and letting council garages to new tenants. Monitor garage rent accounts to ensure payments are being made
- Engaging with tenants whose garage rent account is in arrears
- Arrange direct debit payments as well as other forms of payment
- Carrying visual inspections of garages sites within the Taunton and Wellington district and reporting on any issues arising, for example, repairs to our property services department
