Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to work full-time as a Deputy Team Manager based in Haringey.
The pay rate for this locum Deputy Team Manager job is £36 per hour (Assignment rate).
Summary:
- As post holder of this role, you will support the Team Manager in leading a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Business support officers and reablement staff.
- You will be expected to deliver high quality customer services to the public relating to adult social care and reablement, ensuring all customer service targets are met within their 6 week reablement period and supporting with timely discharges from hospital.
Requirements of the Deputy Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent within occupational therapy/physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist
