Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Commissioning Manager to fill a full-time role based in London.
The pay rate for this locum Commissioning Manager job is £400 per day (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Undertake lead commissioning responsibilities for the Sufficiency Strategy
- Progressing key actions from our CAMHs review
- Embedding framework arrangements
- Undertaking commissioning activities ahead of procurement.
- To develop and implement robust governance arrangements for the department's commissioning activity, translating the commissioning intentions set out in the department's business and partnership plans into a programme of work for the commissioning team.
- To lead the joint commissioning of services for Children, Adults and Families, working with a range of partners across the statutory and private and voluntary sectors including the NHS to develop robust, integrated commissioning structures and processes.
- To build, maintain and work co-operatively with relevant services managers, providers and officers from across the department and the Council to ensure that commissioned services meet the continuing and changing needs of children, adults and families.
Requirements:
- Must have substantial commissioning experience in Children's Commissioning
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Must have the credibility to work across social care, education and health systems.
