Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 8a Psychologist based in Wolverhampton.
The pay rate for this locum Band 8a Psychologist job is £31-32 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Accountable for own professional practice in the delivery of specialist psychological assessment of CYPF with neurodevelopmental conditions, in particular autism
- Provide care to clients with complex mental health conditions and/or learning disabilities which may include challenging behaviours
- To be compassionate in meeting the needs of clients, their carers and families, especially in relation to the multi-agency ASC assessment pathway
- Promote at all times a positive image of people with mental ill health or learning disabilities
- Promote at all times a positive image of CAMHS and the wider Trust
Requirements of the Psychologist:
- HCPC registered psychologist
- Relevant qualification
- Recent psychology experience
