Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a role for a Administrator for the Infection Prevention and Control Team in Bristol.

This pay rate for this role is £10.80 per hour (PAYE) and has an initial 2-month contract.

Main duties:

  • Arranging meetings and conferences, including selection of venue, preparation of materials and coordination of attendees
  • Take minutes for formal meetings, committees and investigatory processes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures for the directorate including collection of sickness absence data and monitoring of special leave for staff.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, setting up new files and working to ensure that systems are tidy and up to date with materials archived appropriately
  • Utilise skills to post items on the staff intranet, maintaining Directorate pages as appropriate
  • Administer campaigns/projects ensuring audit trails are maintained and that reports are produced to timetable.
  • Set up databases and spreadsheets to meet the needs of members of the team in tracking progress and managing initiatives and projects

Requirements of the Administrator:

  • Previous experience of administrative duties
  • An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months is desirable but not essential
