Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Administrator to work in Dundee.
This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £12.00 per hour.
The role will involve working Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Terminations – dealing with termination of tenancies from start of process to end, with interaction with various outside agencies, colleagues and contractors, taking this forward until property is ready to let again.
- Housing Applications – assessment, banding and data input.
- Invoicing - creating Purchase Orders, receipting orders.
- Daily use and update of spreadsheets.
- Liaising with customers re any queries, via telephone and email.
- Providing admin support to Housing and Maintenance teams as required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail extremely important.
- Data input major part of role.
Applicant Requirements:
- Qualifications: N/A.
- Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and references covering the last 3 years.
- Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
