Job Title: Advanced Occupational Therapist - Oncology Team

Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday.
Salary: £49,181 - £60,110 per annum
Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an Advanced Occupational Therapist to join our client's Occupational Therapy Team at a prestigious private healthcare facility, renowned for its excellence in specialist cancer treatments, robotic surgeries, and stem cell transplantation.
Duties:
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional Occupational Therapy Services, managing a diverse caseload of clients with complex needs. Responsibilities include conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments for each patient, actively contributing to the planning, development, and evaluation of OT services within a designated area, and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves providing supervision and appraisal for junior staff.
Requirements:
Candidates must be registered with HCPC and possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience within an oncology setting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with flexibility to adapt to departmental and service requirements, are crucial. Continuous professional development in the field of Neurology/Rehab/OT and experience in providing teaching to colleagues are desirable.
