Job Vacancy: Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join an esteemed healthcare organisation based in London. 

Key Details:

Salary: £61,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: London
Contract: Permanent, full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to become an integral part of our Advanced Practice Team. The role primarily involves Monday - Friday shifts with occasional weekend rotations and potential night-based shifts in the future as the service expands.

The successful candidate will collaborate with consultants and the multidisciplinary team to deliver direct patient care within a specialist surgical hospital. Responsibilities include providing care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic health conditions across various surgical specialisms.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will lead by example, fostering a patient-centred environment known for compassion, evidence-based practice, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations
  • Initiate appropriate diagnostic tests and interpret results
  • Perform routine procedures and assist in complex interventions
  • Prescribe medications and perform specialised procedures as authorised

Essential Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council with no restrictions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Independent Prescriber qualification, including V300 course
  • IRMER certification
  • Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification
