The salary for this permanent Lead Nurse job is £42,351.81 to £48,389.13 per annum. Main purpose: The Lead Nurse will form part of the senior management team within the service, working closely with the Clinical Service Manager and Lead Doctor to provide and develop high quality clinical service provision, with specific responsibility for Nursing Services. Provide evidence-based care that is person centred, recovery focused and in line with national and organisational policies and procedures. As Lead Nurse you will work closely with the Park House manager to ensure the unit meets CQC standards, oversees ordering of clinical equipment, manages and supervises your team and actively collaborates to ensure the service is a centre of excellence.
