It’s important to us that we are as transparent as possible about what your employment options are when you are working on a temporary assignment/contract.
If you have applied for a temporary role, we encourage you to thoroughly explore your employment options so that you can weigh-up what the best arrangement is for you.
Typically speaking, your options are to be paid as PAYE, or you can provide your services through an Umbrella Company or through a Personal Services Company.
To help you make your choice, we have created some key information downloads that give you a clear overview of the typical take home pay you would expect to receive, who your employer is, your employment rights and benefits and frequency of pay. We also provide an example pay scenario for each option.
