Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Dudley in a Fostering Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £39.07 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6 month contract.
Duties:
- You will be part of a management team which includes the TM for Connected Persons, TM Recruitment and Assessment and Panel Advisor.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- You will have a sound knowledge of the Fostering Regulations, National Minimum Standards for Fostering and child care legislation together with recent experience of managing a fostering team
