Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within an Children's Service based in Hounslow, within the Family and Adolescent Support Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £42 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To ensure the Safeguarding & Support Team continues to deliver a high-quality service for children at risk of harm, children in need and children in care, in accordance with legal requirements, government initiatives and the council's policies and procedures
- Manages child protection services provided by the Safeguarding & Support Team for all children living in the L.B. Hounslow at risk of significant harm
- Manage the services provided by the Safeguarding & Support Team to children needing to become looked after by the Local Authority
- To assist and support the Head of Service in managing the delivery of excellent childcare practice through the effective management and supervision of a team Social Work professionals
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Qualified HCPC registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential
