Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to work full-time based in Tower Hamlets. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of substance misuse.
The pay rate for this locum Substance Misuse Recovery Worker job is £16 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.
Main Duties:
Provide referral processes for service users who wish to access the service by providing the appropriate information and assessment details.
Maintain professional links with related organisations to ensure elements of continuity of care, up to date profiling of the service, referral links, and general information sharing.
To maintain client records in such a way that conforms to Blenheim and service policies and procedures and complies with medical and legal requirements including incident reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar Substance Misuse role
Experience with substance misuse clients.
