Job Title: Staff Nurse – ITU
Location: London Bridge
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £34,100 - £41,572 per annum, plus 9% Shift Enhancement

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join a prestigious 28 Bedded ITU Unit located within a leading healthcare facility in London. Renowned for its exceptional standards, this hospital has been rated “Outstanding” by the CQC and boasts a dynamic multidisciplinary team committed to providing specialised care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients through comprehensive assessment, planning, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Effectively communicating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Taking accountability for personal practice and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Cardiac or General ITU nursing.
  • Strong communication, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
