Salary: £34,100 - £41,572 per annum + 9% Shift Enhancement

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse with experience in Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU) care to join a cutting-edge ITU Unit located in London. The hospital boasts a current rating of "Good" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

As a valued member of our multi-disciplinary team (MDT), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality specialist care to our diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating care to ensure patients receive compassionate and safe treatment. Effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues will be integral to meeting their physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. This role offers ample opportunities for skill development and professional growth within a dynamic healthcare environment.

The ITU unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and specialises in caring for level 2 & 3 patients across various specialties such as GI, Neuro, and Spinal. With a nurse-to-patient ratio typically maintained at 1:1 or 1:2, you will have the opportunity to focus on delivering exceptional care tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in Neuro, Cardiac, or General ITU care.
