Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 or 7 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to work based in Wandsworth.
The pay rate for this locum Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist job is £26-£28 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Ideally full time but would consider part time.
Main Duties:
- 2 days per week in Health centres completing initial assessments, reviews, and some therapy sessions with children under 5.
- 3 days per week in primary schools team completing initial assessments and reviews.
Requirements of the Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy.
- HCPC registered as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- · Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatrics including experience completing EHCP reports, working in schools, working with under 5’s, and assessing children aged 2 – 11 using informal and formal assessment.
- Experience in hearing impairment would be useful but not essential.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
