Job Type & Hours: Locum ongoing contract - The post is for one day per week split between both teams or two separate half days in each location.
Pay Rate: £22.12 per hour (assignment rate)
Main duties:
- Provide a high level of expertise in the promotion and development of children’s speech, language and communication skills
- Liaise closely with parents/carers and provide specialist advice and support regarding their child’s speech, language and communication needs to ensure best outcomes
- Assist in the planning, design and evaluation of training and therapy programmes, ensuring regular updating to reflect current clinical practice and evidence base

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
- Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
