Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work as a Specialist Recovery Practitioner based in Wiltshire.
The pay rate for this locum Specialist Recovery Practitioner job is £30 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Providing appropriate, effective interventions and treatments to people with severe and enduring mental health needs, and their carers (including friends and relatives) and their supporters in the community
- Enabling and assisting them to meet daily health, social care and wellbeing needs, in line with personal recovery goals
- Facilitating engagement with mainstream services
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members
- Planning delivery and review of activities and interventions against identified health, social care and wellbeing needs
- Acting as care coordinator for a defined group of service users
- Undertaking and delivering specific health or social care assessments and interventions, according to care clusters, including identified service users on other caseloads
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN):
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
