Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to take on a new locum opportunity based in Walthamstow, within the Health & Wellbeing Centre.
Location: Walthamstow
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract
Pay Rate: £26 - £27 per hour (assignment rate)
Duties:
- Providing recovery focused interventions to service users within the community
- CPA care coordination

Requirements of the Community Mental Health Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Valid NMC Registration
- Experience of working in mental health setting with service users presenting with complex issues in the community
