Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to work based in Lambeth, within the Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Child (UASC) Team.
The pay rate for this locum UASC Social Worker role is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Support Looked After Children who are unaccompanied in the UK.
- Support children and young people with all relevant aspects of their wellbeing, in line with Looked After Children procedures.
Requirements of the UASC Social Worker:
- Diploma or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- At least 3 years of post qualifying experience within frontline social work, including experience of working with Looked After children and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children.
