Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work as a Recovery Practitioner to work based in Lewisham.
The pay rate for this Recovery Practitioner is £30 per hour (assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
Facilitate user involvement and hold a belief in recovery for people with psychosis
Take lead responsibility for coordinating comprehensive care for identified group of patients within the Promoting Recovery Teams
Oversee and provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care to a group of service users within a variety of settings, and ensure records associated with this process are maintained
Carry out MDT activities e.g. generic assessments and duty responsibilities
Work effectively within a multi disciplinary team and across agencies and to provide a high quality of care to individuals with complex mental health and social care needs
Carry out interventions to a standard that ensures safe and effective care and complies with their Profession's code of Conduct
Clinically supervise and appraise junior staff and students on practice placements
Participate in the planning, development and evaluation of the service, holding responsibility for defined projects
Requirements of the Recovery Practitioner:
Degree or equivalent within Social Work
Social Work England registration
Recent experience working as a Social Worker within Adults Mental Health
