Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to work based in Lewisham, within the Mental Health Team for Older Adults.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
The Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults provides community-based assessment, treatment and care for people aged over 65 who have mental health problems and younger people with a diagnosis of dementia. The team is made up of psychiatrists, psychological therapists, mental health nurses, social workers and occupational therapists who specialise in older adult mental health care. The aim is to help people to maintain their health and to live as independently as possible in their community.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Previous experience within frontline adult social work.
