Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full time based in Southwark, within the Family Finding Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £27.27 per hour (Assignment rate) and will end in February 2022.
The postholder will be working from home but undertaking some visits to ensure children can be placed in the right family.
Duties:
- Giving advice about adoption journeys to colleagues in Merton and Wandsworth, and to find families for children needing adoption
- Working with Partners Agencies, Report writing, Family Finding, working with Practitioners, assisting with matches, working with other RAA's, VAA's and LA's, case record management, service delivery, effective team working, implementing effective Social Work interventions, reporting anomalies, attending visits, session activity, group work, recording information
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children’s Services
