Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time based in Dudley.

The salary for this permanent Social Worker role is £ 27,905-£38,890 per annum.

Main duties:

  • You will carry a case load of children and families in line with the organisational needs of the service function, including Children in Need, Children in need of protection and Children who are looked after by the Local Authority.
  • As the Locum Social Worker, you will prepare, and present good quality written and oral reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date case recording in line with procedures.
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families in collaboration with other agencies.
  • Plan effective outcome interventions, based on clear analysis and risk assessment.
  • You’ll be monitoring and reviewing the progress of plans and outcomes

Requirements of the Social Worker:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant senior level frontline experience within children’s services
