Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for a Social Worker with Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) status to fill a role in South Gloucestershire.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker/AMHP job is £43 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is an initial 3-Month contract.
About the team:
- The team's focus is on providing effective interventions and treatments to people with severe and enduring mental health needs, and their carers
- Our aim is to empower and enable service-users to maintain or regain their independence in line with their personal recovery goals
Requirements of the Social Worker/AMHP:
- Must be a qualified social worker and an AMHP with recent experience
- Excellent negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of the local area and its population
- Must be a car driver
- Must have Social Work England registration
- Social Work degree/equivalent
