Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to work based in Darlington, within the Adults Reablement Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £196.98 per day (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Main Duties:
Promote strength-based assessments and maximise independence for adults living in Darlington.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Previous experience within frontline adult social work, including multi-disciplinary working, mental capacity act assessments, reablement assessments and support planning.
Good understanding of the Care Act 2014.
