Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in The 16+ Team based in Hereford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £27.43 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Our 16+ team is recruiting an additional Social Worker to join them in supporting young people aged 16-25 who are children in need, looked after or care leavers.
You will join a committed and supportive team with manageable caseloads who are ambitious to improve services for young people.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Someone who is confident in working with a wide range of partner agencies and organisations and has excellent assessment and risk management skills
