Location: Walsall
Pay Rate: £34 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
Hours: Full-time. You will work on a rota system which is supported by other AMHP who are based within the locality and mental health teams.

Duties:
- Undertake Mental health Act Assessments and planned work such as CTO’s
- Contribute towards the ongoing learning and development of staff and students across Adult Social Care
Requirements of the AMHP/Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
- Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge and understanding the Mental Health Act, The Mental Capacity Act, The Children Act and The Care Act
- Be able to demonstrate current AMHP status and be prepared to become authorised to act on behalf of Adult Social Care
