About the Role:
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering perioperative care according to established protocols and guidelines. Key responsibilities include planning and facilitating theatre lists, maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring safety compliance, and managing medication custody.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Registered Nurse or HCPC registered ODP
- Preferable SFA qualification
- Post-registration education or equivalent experience
- Expertise in scrub nursing across various surgical specialties
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care
